 EDITOR REVIEW: FOOTHILLS. Oenophiles will surely adore Bistro Zin for its extensive by-the-glass offerings and variety of flights. Holder of the coveted Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, the restaurant is a trendy yet accessible spot for fine dining as well, with deep burgundy walls accented with black and white photos and a hip, plant-filled patio. A foie gras appetizer is prepared differently every day, but is always fantastic. Another good choice is artichoke hearts with shaved parmesan and a drizzle of earthy truffle oil. For a main course, select a grilled steak, scallops a l'orange, or Colorado lamb loin with Asian greens and oyster mushrooms. You won't be disappointed!
